Where to Find Help

  • young people and their parents or carers can access help and support from Young Minds
  • young people up to the age of 19 can speak to a counsellor at Childline either by calling 0800 11 11 or through an online chat 1-2-1-counsellor-chat
  • Kooth is a service which offers free, safe and anonymous online mental health support for anyone aged 11-18. Young people who live in Camden can get confidential support through a text-based conversation with a qualified counsellor. Sign up at
