Help raise awareness of the Friends and Family Test

• Between 14th-18th March NHS England will be promoting the Friends and Family Test – a tool for collecting feedback from patients to help drive improvements in health and care. 

University College London Hospitals

• UCLH producing short films for patients with learning disabilities. The series, the first of which have just been published on YouTube, also raises awareness of their needs among UCLH staff

Central North West london (CNWL)

• CNWL is working with other parts of the NHS across North West London to help integrate care for patients. With a patient’s consent, health and social care professionals who are involved in a patient’s care will be able to see relevant information about that patient from other organisations which will help to provide joined-up care

 

MIND:

• Life should be more than just ‘getting by’ – new campaign is all about the support people with mental health problems need in their homes and communities to stay well and live a full life
