Health and social care services across the country are looking to the future. NHS England has asked commissioners and providers to develop local plans to improve your health and wellbeing; to enhance the quality of services you receive at the same time as reducing costs. Not an easy challenge!
But a challenge nevertheless, which Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington representatives are trying to address through the development of a North Central London Sustainability and Transformation Plan. A plan which will affect all of us, so it aims to listen to local peoples’ views as part of its development and involve local people in designing the changes as they take shape.
Want to know more and ask question about the Plan, its ambition and its impact on you and your community and how you can be involved further? Senior members of the Sustainability and Transformation Plan Board, from Camden Council, Camden Clinical Commissioning Group and local NHS hospital trusts would like to invite you to a public information meeting on:
Date: 29th September 2016
Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Venue: Location: The Camden Centre, Town Hall, Judd Street, WC1H 9JE
If you have any questions, including about access arrangements for d/Deaf and disabled people, please contact Denise Shaw, (e mail address firstname.lastname@example.org ).
Healthwatch Camden will be represented at the meeting. We look forward to seeing you there.
