We attended ‘Young People For Inclusion’ (YPFI) networking event hosted with Elfrida Rathbone

On 27 April Shelly, our Engagement and Volunteer Manager and Lindi our Communications Manager attended the Young People For Inclusion (YPFI) networking event hosted with Elfrida Rathbone.

Healthwatch Camden aims to champion equality by giving a voice to those whose voice is often not heard.

At our stall we engaged with the young people by handing out information and leaflets on Healthwatch Camden, we also gave them the opportunity to engage with us by telling us how they thought health and social care services met their specific needs and where it could be improved.

We want equal access to treatment and outcomes for everyone in Camden. We’d like young disabled people to continue to talk to us about their experiences so that we can understand the issues that affect them.

The needs of young disabled people are just as important as the needs of the rest of the community.

Speak to us and let your voice be heard.
