NHS Complaints Advocacy service - Free, confidential and independent.
The NHS Complaints Advocacy service is available to the residents of the London Borough of Camden.
The NHSCA service can help people to raise a concern about NHS Care or treatment. The service is free, confidential and independent of the NHS. Also the advocacy support provided is tailored to a person’s needs to enable them to take as much control as possible.
As NHS Complaints Advocates we can support people in many different ways, some of these being to explore the options available to them at each step of the Complaints process, help them to write letters to the right people and prepare them for meetings and also attend with them if necessary.
