The Ageing Better programme aims to develop creative ways for people aged 50 and over to be actively involved in their local communities, helping to combat social isolation and loneliness. Healthwatch Camden undertook community research in two wards in the London Borough of Camden. We conducted interviews with ten local BAME-led organisations who work with local communities, specifically BAME communities, and twelve Bangladeshi residents aged over 50.
